The University of Kentucky Wildcats have the most wins of any program in college basketball to date as well as the best winning percentage (.760) in the sport. You don’t need to say much more than that but we will. It ranks second in all time NCAA Championships with seven and is the only school to win multiple NIT and NCAA Championships. The Wildcats have played in a record 51 NCAA tournaments, in a record 151 NCAA tournament games, have an NCAA record 42 Sweet-16 appearances, and an NCAA record 33 Elite-8 appearances. Further, Kentucky has played in 14 Final Fours (4th place all time), and has 10 NCAA championship game appearances. Kentucky is the only school with four different NCAA championship coaches as well (Adolph Rupp, Joe B. Hall, Rick Pitino, & Tubby Smith).
